Hello, my Dear Furry and Non-furry Friends,
It is time for our daily exercises.
Please not today, I have a headache.
Alright, if you insist.
Warm up and neck stretches. While you are at it, wipe your face on the carpet. Nobody will mind.
Stretch to your right.
Forward stretches. Splatter yourself on your blankie.
Now stretch your left paw and your right leg.
