Brain Cramp, Or Is It?

Sometimes I seem to forget what I want to do. It is very easy for me to get distracted. For instance, when I am outside and I want to come in, I will sit or stand by the door and bark or cry. Someone will always come and open the door. ( I hope it's grandpa.) Then I forget what I wanted. He will wait for me patiently with the door open, which is never good, and I will just stand there looking at him. Then he will call me and call me to come in and I will look like I have no clue what he is talking about. This is when grandpa will put his hand in one of his pockets and pull out a dog biscuit. All of a sudden, I have a revelation and I remember what I wanted. I wanted to come in!!

Psst, it'a pretty good trick, don't you think? And I thought of it myself!

You are one small confused looking WFT!! Tell ur mumsie to leave the door open. It makes life a lot easier, plus u have the added bonus of tracking mud all over the floor. It's fun to go out and see what kind of treats will be produced to get us back in! off to the crate

Hi Koobie...
I'm thinking it's not so much your brain cramp, but rather your Grampa's!!! Hee, hee, hee!!! If he can't figure out that is what you are doing, well...you should just keep doing it and get all the treats you can! And how great is it that you have a Grampa that carries treats in his pockets...like ALL THE TIME!!! Wow...that is totally pawsome!!!

You are a lucky girl Koobie! Lots of licks, Ruby

Koobuss!!

You're such a tricky girl, playing your Grampa like that! I agree with Asta & Fee - you are devilishly clever & have a bright future ahead of you. (But, in Grampa's defense, who could ever resist your wirey cuteness)?

Thanks for the tip, girlie. I'll try it out myself.

Goober love,
Stanley

Would your Gramps be willing to open his pockets for a big goober Aireboy?

This is very smart, we cannot leave the door open here because it is SO hot outside and all of our air conditioning would escape!

Oh, you are so clever. I hope Teka does not read this blog entry. She is too smart by far, and she is not as cute as you are.

many kissies for the good idea

Koobuss,

Way to go with the treats. I know what you mean. When I am outside, I will sit and bark at the house and mom will come to the door and I run away. I do this about three or four times before I come in. It is my way of getting mom some exercise (haha). I need to work on getting the treat.

Has been raining here too, and I REFUSE to get wet too. I don't like this weather cuz it makes my hair frizzy and I can't have that.

Ok got to go, mom has been extremely busy trying to get school work done and has been hogging the puter.

G'day Koobie,

Australian rules football is played on a round field wif 3 sets of goal posts at each end: you get 6 points for getting the ball thwough the middle and 1 point for getting it twough the end posts. The same team pways offence and defence, and they can move the ball by running wif it, vollying it, or kicking it, so there is lots of scowing, but losing by 82 points is too much! xxx Asta

Koobie: Very clever indeed! Here's one of my favorite tricks: In the evenings after we've all gone out to potty, I wait until Mom plunks down on the floor and is petting Storm. Then I say "Woo" which is Siberian for "I'd like to use the yard, please." Then Mom has to get up and STOP giving Stormy any attention and take ME out. Woo.
