Busted

Hi Friends,

The other day we got some new black mulch put in around our front shrubbery. I just discovered it and I think it is the greatest thing in the whole wide world next to bully sticks and bully stick holders, of course.

Tonight my mom stepped outside with her camera to take some pictures of the sky after our early evening storms.

After she took her photos, this is what she saw.

B U S T E D!!!!
Do you think I'm in trouble?

By the way, my mom has done some research, and it seems that our snake visitor is a harmless milk snake. They live in eastern woodlands and on rocky slopes. That describes here. They are also nocturnal, but ours seems to have had its days and nights mixed up. It must have reset its body clock because we have not seen it again. That's fine with me.

That's not that coco mulch that smells like chocolate, right, Koobie? That's dangerous stuff to us doggies if we happen to eat it! Mom is an overprotective safety nut case so forgive her for panicking!
Your mom's sky pictures are just magnificent!

Love ya lots,

Yes I hope that's not that tasty good-smelling mulch you got into! Even Mom can't resist (but she doesn't chew it she just loves the smell!! haha)
Hope you aren't getting too many of these nasty thunderstorms we've been getting down near D.C. !

Sweet Koobie Girl!

You look like you had a chocostache and a chocobeard going there, but you LOOK so innocent. Bet you didn't get punished, did ya?

I've got to read up on what you've been doing to find out about your snake friend. Glad he's friendly . Are you buddies or do you just toy with him?

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley
