"The Unofficial Start of Summer"
Hi Friends,
Yesterday was Memorial Day, and as you know, it is often called "the unofficial start of the summer season." What I want to know is if "the summer season" has started, officially or unofficially, why is it still only 58 degrees here at 12:33 pm?
This is one of life's great mysteries, some of which I have mentioned on previous posts, that just baffle me. Maybe that's why they call them mysteries. My fox terrier brain will never figure them out. Sheesh....

Hey there - thanks for dropping by our blog - you are one sweet Foxey - our summers are all over the place too. On Saturday it was hot - then on Sunday it was cold! And yesterday - it rained and rained and was freezing.
Saw you got a visit from the GooberStan - glad you taught him some manners - I would be exactly the same - My D says I am bossy - but I just think boys need to know their place! We are on the furniture and they are not!
Hope your summer arrives soon - lots of licks

We are having the same problem, Koobie! One day, it's hot and the next day, it's cold! It must be the same everywhere!

It finally got warm here...We had a blizzard, then tornados then it was 80 degrees....go figure.

We had hot last week, then cool but humid yesterday. Today it can't decide whether it is summer or spring. But as long as it doesn't rain, we are happy (except for TD who loves rain).

I always think of Jaws when the big boat brings all the shark food to Martha's Vineyard on Memorial day. Nom, nom, nom.

It is an interesting thought, but not one that most of us would be able to figure out.
Well here it is just hot hot hot hot and then hot some more!!
OMG, our heat was on last night, Koobie! What nutty weather but we're not complaining - we love the cooler temps! The heat will be here soon enough, right?!
Love ya lots,
