OHHHHH,
I don't feel so good. I think I have a hang over. This 4th of July stuff is no fun for me with all that partying and all that noise. Last night I felt like I was in a war zone, and I'm not even in the army. And barking does not help. I barked as best as I could at the fireworks, but they still didn't stop. People call this fun? I just don't understand humans. This is one time that I'm sorry that my hearing is better than theirs. Next year I'm going to leave town for the 4th. Maybe I'll go to Philadelphia and visit Axel or New York and visit Asta, where it is nice and quiet on the 4th of July. They don't have fireworks in the big cities, do they?

You don't look so good Koobuss! We had fireworks here last night and it was awful and I'm sure they'll be going off again Saturday and maybe even on Sunday so I have more sleepless nights coming! I sure do hate fireworks! Hope you feel better soon!

we just got back fwom New Hamster, and we were in such a small place that I didn't hear a thing, and only saw bootiful fiweflies, no fiweworks..maybe we can all go there next year, feel better sweet Koobie

Honey, I'd love to see you, but don't come near my house on July 4th - the fireworks are very close to our house and I was terrified! It was horrible...I was even scared to go out the next morning. I think we all need to jump a train and go to canada next July 4!
