Unavailable
Hi Everybody,
It's me, Koobuss.
Today I was unavailable for anything since my mom and a couple friends spent the day in Bucks County, PA, at a place called Peddler's Village. Now, I don't mind her going out (once in a while) and having fun with friends, but what bothers me is that she went to a place where no dogs are allowed. Humph. Aren't I a friend? And, I may not be a peddler, but I am certainly a piddler. That sounds close enough, if you ask me. (After all, it's just one letter. Hehehe.) Anyway, she left me home, and here I sit, not a real happy camper. She didn't even buy me anything. Humph.
At least she made a Smilebox for everybody to see.
It's me, Koobuss.

New Concerns
Hi Friends,
It's me, Koobuss.
It's me, Koobuss.
I have a lot on my mind lately. There have been some things going on around here that concern me. Last week I showed you some invaders that have reappeared recently. Here they are again to refresh your memory.
If you remember, they promised that there would be more of them to follow. And, they were right. There are more of them, and there are some strange goings on here lately.
For example, now look at this one. She seems harmless and cute enough, but if you look closer, you can see that she is stealing my toys. She already has my pink bone, one of my zhabas (frogs), and my purse. Imagine that! She even took my purse. What nerve!
You never take another girl's purse. That's just not right.
Not only this. It's bad outside, too. There is a whole army out on my deck, just waiting for me to let my guard down.
These guys are especially dangerous. I see what they do to the birds and how much the birds respect them. They have already taken over next door. Well, yesterday on my walk, I gave them a warning. I told them that they had better stay right where they are because if they come over to my yard, they will have to deal with me.
Just to cover all my bases (I learned that term watching the Yankees), I decided to enlist the help of my new neighbor, Tia. Now, I can handle all this trouble myself, mind you, but I thought I'd be a friend and include her in my mission to keep the neighborhood safe. Besides, she doesn't like all these invaders either and she is much too small to fight them off herself.
She is very thorough, looking everywhere, while being cautious.
I think that I can relax now. The neighborhood is safe once again, with me and Tia on the job.

Mr. Smith
Hi Friends,
This afternoon I had a visitor.
This afternoon I had a visitor.
It was Bailey Smith from up the street.
I was happy to see him, sort of, since he almost never comes visiting. Usually when I do see him on my walks he is tied out in his front yard, like I am now, so we never really had a chance to get acquainted.
He didn't seem that interested in becoming friends. But then again, neither did I.
So I told him to get lost.
And he went home!
(I didn't think it would be so easy to get rid of him.)
Bye.
(Hehe)
