It's me, Koobuss.
Tonight Grandpa and I went outside to sit on the deck and enjoy a lovely summer evening.
We weren't there for very long when I heard a loud noise in the sky.
I recognized it immediately. It was that awful, frightening sound that makes most dogs shudder. It was thunder.
Big raindrops started to pelt us so we ran in the house. It's a good thing that we didn't have far to go. I was already soaked once today when my mom hosed me down after we got back from our walk this morning. While one shower a day is certainly enough for anydoggie, two are excessive. Enough already.
Eventually, we did have a sunset. Sort of.
But that was the end of our pleasant evening on the deck. Better luck tomorrow ... maybe.

I hope you found a good hiding place during the storm and I think one time getting soaked a month is too much.

Ewwwww Koobie....it rained here last night too and again today....in fact it's rainin' now....the tomato plants love it but we're not too keen on it at all......
Yep...ya have good eyes. Koobie.....Parker was sittin' in yer car....in the flesh......Brudder Brian had it in the car show at the Vintage Grand Prix in Pittsburgh and Parker was testin' it out ta see if he could drive it when he's a bit bigger....he can't wait....
Ya know Pap and Brian were ridin' in it one night and Gram was just laughin' as it's such a little car.....it was in our garage fer a few days and it made the garage seem huge and it isn't...no siree.....but it's as cute as a button, I tell ya and Brian really loves it.....
