We are very happy! Both our favorite baseball teams are in the playoffs -- the Yankees and the Phillies!! We are especially excited about the Phillies, since they almost never win anything. My mom thinks it's about 30 years or so since both the Phils and the Yanks were in the playoffs at the same time. It's going to be a fun week!!
And our high school team won a thrilling Homecoming game, too!! WEEEEEEEE!!!! (It's helped us to forget about the dismal performances by our college and pro favorites.)

Yeah, well, I guess we are going to have to root for the D-backs until they get busted. Dad says they are playing way over their heads, whatever that means.
Muzzer will root for ANY team against the D-backs, because she thinks the D stands for Dumb!
