Missing in Action

Hi Everybody,

We need to talk. It seems that it's been a long time since I last visited with any of my blogging buddies. I apologize for that. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of my typist, aka Mom, who has not been in blogging mode lately. Just to tell you how bad it's been, on Saturday she gave me a hair cut, and I look so cute, and she hasn't even taken any pictures of me with my new do yet!! I'm forced to show these old photos from Friday night. Instead, she'd rather be taking pictures of bugs! I'll tell you, I sure have my paws full with her sometimes.

pee ess Mom assures me that we will soon get caught up with all our blogging buddies -- just as soon as she gets caught up on everything else that she has let slide. I'm kinda glad summer's ending. Maybe now we will get some work out of her. Hehe...

Busy Day, If You're a Bug

Hi Everybody,

This is what was happening on or near my deck this afternoon. Both of these individuals were working very hard. (Click on the picture for a better look.) Looks like being a bug is not easy.

And, you may ask, "What did you do today, Koobie"? Well, I did what I do every Saturday. Nothing. Oh yes, I did walk through the newly-built web when I went out on the deck, thus totally wrecking it and ruining all those hours of tedious work (hehe). I also kept the yard safe from fuzzy and feathered intruders such as our neighborhood bunnies, squirrels, cats, and birds. What more do you want from me on a Saturday? It's the weekend! Give me a break!

Dog Daze of Summer

Here I am enjoying the sun on my deck on a late, sunny summer afternoon. I have absolutely nothing else to do, and if I did, I wouldn't do it anyway.

It's great being a dog during the dog days.

What I Did Today

Hi Everybody,

My mom wants to show you what I did today. She has a lot of photos to share with you, but she doesn't want to make a slideshow since the files are reduced so much that the pictures do not look good. So, she thought that she would try something different.

The captions were placed right on the photos themselves. The photos were uploaded to Blogger in order, but, as you probably know from your own experience, that does not mean anything, except in Preview mode. And, there is no music. We are still working on that one. (At least we don't have to worry about copyrights this time.) Maybe if you sing... Oh, well. Forget it.

Getting back to the less technical stuff, I love it when my mom goes shopping and comes home with a new supply of bully sticks. We busy dogs must always keep our sticks stocked. Right?
